Hi, I’m Abby — a creative Art & Design graduate with a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design from Kingston University, alongside experience supporting young people in education, SEN, and mental health settings. I currently work within an NHS mental health team and will soon begin MA Art Therapy training, which has strengthened my communication, mentoring, and confidence-building skills.
My lessons are supportive, personalised, and adapted to each student’s individual goals and learning style. I can help students develop painting and drawing techniques, observational skills, sketchbook ideas, coursework development, composition, colour use, and creative confidence in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
I have experience supporting secondary school students and understand that many people struggle with confidence, creative blocks, or feeling overwhelmed by coursework. I aim to make lessons feel approachable, motivating, and engaging while helping students gradually strengthen both technical and creative skills.
Alongside technical development, I enjoy encouraging students to explore their own ideas and artistic style through creativity, experimentation, and visual expression.
