With a First-Class Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance, I hold a very strong passion for studying mathematics and business. With previous experience as a maths tutor for primary school and early secondary school students, I am familiar with the attributes required to tailor to individual student needs. I have experience working within a school environment and have accumulated skills that have allowed me to privately tutor children outside of the organisation. I manage the accounts for a family business and also have previously assisted small businesses with their financial records during university time.

Adopting innovative ways to tutor children using playing objects and the active use of whiteboards allows the students to demonstrate their potential to the best standard. Prolonging tutoring classes often causes students' attention to divert, therefore keeping them engaged by changing learning methods is crucial. Interactive PowerPoints and educational games ensure children are learning whilst also enjoying the time they spend with a tutor. Building that trust and relationship with each child is crucial to ensure there is enough trust to communicate their preferred method of learning to offer the best service. I strongly believe that offering quality tutoring is imperative over pro-longed hours of studying.

I work on a flexible routine and am happy to work around timings that best suit the students. Offering the best possible service is what I aspire to achieve and being able to make an impact on the youth is a highly rewarding opportunity.
