As a chemical engineering student in her final year, I am a hands on learner. However I know that not everyone is. Therefore the initial session with me will be used to expose students to questions and understand their learning style so I can effectively teach them. I will then go onto using their learning style to provide lessons based on their needs whilst going through examples so they can apply their knowledge.

My aim is to not just get the students to answer all the questions correctly but to understand the concepts and be able to apply these elsewhere and to other questions they may face.
