I am French native and fully qualified teacher with many years of experience.
I was awarded twice “Tutor of the year for Buckinghamshire” in 2013 and 2014. If I had to describe my teaching, I would say that I am a very creative person when working on my resources. I am always looking to provide a motivating and relaxing environment that is stimulating for learners of all abilities. I like to work on authentic materials as it prepares learners for the “real” world of communication and adapt these resources to learners’ abilities. Having worked for many years in schools, I am very experienced in the exam’s preparations (GCSE and A Level). I am also teaching French for professional purposes. I am passionate about teaching French. It is very important to me to get to know the learners and to adapt to their needs.

Mireille is a truly exceptional teacher. I asked her to tutor my two sons for their A level and GCSE exams this summer. My sons confidence really increased as a result of their time with her and this increased confidence helped them with their other subjects too. My sons achieved an A* at A level and a 9 at GCSE. Both boys now have a lasting love of the French language. Inspired by their achievements, I too have started to learn French. As an absolute beginner my journey is very different, but Mireille is an inspiring and outstanding teacher to me as well.
