I would describe myself as approachable and patient. My lessons are aimed at college and university students.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, which has provided me with a strong understanding of the brain, nervous system, cognition and behaviour. During my degree, I studied a range of psychological modules, developing knowledge across areas including cognitive psychology, behavioural science and mental health. I also have one year of experience working as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with adults, where I developed strong communication, active listening and interpersonal skills. As a tutor, I would use my academic and practical experience to make psychology and neuroscience engaging, accessible and relevant. I would adapt my teaching style to each student’s needs, using clear explanations, real-world examples, discussions and practical applications to help students understand complex concepts and develop confidence in their subject knowledge. I am also patient and approachable.
