Coaching with me is a co-creative dance. Together we’ll explore goals, refine your bespoke program and develop practices tailored to you. Practices that strengthen your skills, deepen your awareness and build new capabilities.

I’ve have the pleasure of working with people navigating anxiety and communication challenges. Many of my clients struggle with imposter syndrome, setting boundaries and expressing their needs, ideas and creativity - often held back by worries about how others might think or react.

I also collaborate with those eager to change direction, create a more balanced life or step into their authenticity - supporting them in showing up as their true selves with confidence and clarity. For years I have specialised in what it takes to truly change.

For 30 years, I’ve studied and applied a wide range of development approaches - including Integral Theory, Spiral Dynamics, the Enneagram and Theory U - to strengthen different intelligences and cultivate greater resilience, flow and peace. I have coached over a 1,00 people using different coaching methodologies.

With Integral Coaching Canada I have completed 202 hours of training and 35
hours of mentoring.
