My strengths: establishing a respectful and fun rapport with children and quickly gauging their personal skillsets

I specialise in closing the gap between a tutee's current learning position and where they should be. I love learning and convey this to the children; witnessing their adoption of a hunger for knowledge is phenomenal! I have 22 years’ teaching experience, having taught several subjects in a range of roles (tutor ~ class teacher ~ mentor ~ HLTA ~ SEN intervention ~ Phonics Lead). At present I privately tutor primary children and I also provide education to suspended / excluded children as a tutor for county councils.
