My experience has been shaped by working with students and young people in both educational and volunteer settings. During my National Youth Service, I have taught and mentored secondary school students, helping them build confidence, develop positive values, and think beyond academic success. I have also led and facilitated personal development sessions, leadership discussions, and digital skills workshops for young people. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in leadership coaching, mentoring, public speaking, facilitation, communication, and relationship building. I enjoy creating engaging learning experiences that encourage students to participate, reflect, and apply what they learn in their everyday lives. I am also experienced in planning and coordinating programmes, working collaboratively with teams, and supporting individuals in achieving their personal and academic goals. Alongside these, I am comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and AI-powered productivity tools to design learning resources, deliver presentations, and make learning more engaging. Above all, I am passionate about helping students grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and develop the leadership skills they need to succeed and make a positive difference in the world.
