Real-world project management lessons for aspiring professionals.

I teach through real-world practice. Each lesson explains a concept simply, shows how it works using examples from my projects at Huawei and an international ERP rollout, then lets learners apply it with real templates such as project plans and RAID logs. Sessions are interactive, with case studies, role-plays and discussion. For PMI exam prep, I add practice questions, exam strategy and PgMP insight. I tailor every plan to the learner’s goals, give clear feedback and track progress, so learners gain confidence and job-ready skills. Above all, I create a comfortable, respectful environment where learners feel free to ask any question. My goal is for every learner to leave with knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they can use from day one.
