I offer personalised one to one sessions that combine my experience as a teacher with my background in life coaching and wellbeing. Areas I specialise in are managing anxiety and stress, finding purpose, building confidence and improving motivation and focus.
My approach is calm, structured and tailored to each individual. I use practical techniques such as relaxation and breathing methods alongside goal setting and study strategies to help students feel more in control and motivated.
I am particularly passionate about supporting students with ADHD, helpign them to develop focus, organisation and confidence in a way that works with their strengths rather than against them.
My sessions are ideal for students who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, lack confidence or need support developing positive habits.
