Advert description
I’ve spent the last 20 years studying communication, psychology and EI, developing and leading international teams, building and operating businesses, organising and facilitating retreats, and teaching English as a foreign language.
Throughout, I’ve been totally enraptured by observing human complexity and uniqueness, and learning how understanding and embracing this enables truly harmonious lives, relationships and communities.
Across my lived and professional experiences, I’ve discovered something key: the element of my work that has always brought me greatest joy and satisfaction - and what I am naturally wired for - is helping people see what they’re capable of, and the strengths that are already in them.
Most (I dare say ALL) people are far more magnificent than they’ve been led to believe. Often, we just need the right space, the right questions, and someone who can really see us and reflect back the truth that we’ve forgotten or haven’t yet discovered.
I help people uncover their strengths, trust themselves, and step into the confidence to be fully who they are, so they can show up with clarity, energy and confidence wherever they are on life’s path.
My approach isn’t formulaic. It’s based on deep listening, conscious communication, and an ability to recognise what’s at the core of someone’s potential. I don’t impose frameworks. I draw out what’s already alive in you.
I’ve spent the past two decades doing this with my teams, students and peers; in classrooms, boardrooms, business circles and therapeutic facilitation environments. Now I do it 1-to-1 as a mentor, with full attention and intention.
I’m a good fit for anyone at a transition point in life, perhaps due to a shift in circumstance, or simply because they’ve outgrown an old version of themselves and want to (re)connect to their new confidence, purpose and voice.
I work with adolescents, students, new and seasoned professionals in team collaborator or leadership roles.
