My teaching approach is friendly, structured and tailored to each learner. I hold two First-Class degrees in Education Studies and Islamic Theology, alongside a PGCE, and have experience supporting primary-aged children, delivering interventions and teaching Islamic studies. I begin by understanding each student’s current ability, strengths and areas for development. I then plan lessons with clear learning objectives, simple explanations and engaging activities to help build confidence and understanding. I use visual resources, practical examples, repetition and regular opportunities to practise and review learning. I adapt the pace and style of teaching to suit each learner, breaking down challenging concepts into manageable steps. I believe every learner can make progress when they feel supported, encouraged and understood. My aim is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their skills and celebrating their achievements. I communicate clearly with parents where appropriate and aim to make every lesson purposeful, enjoyable and rewarding.
