I am a passionate and friendly English and literature tutor who enjoys helping students learn with confidence .

I am an English and Literature student at Pwani University with teaching experience in both primary and secondary school environments. I have taught learners at New Hope Academy and ONGICHA DOK Junior Secondary School, which has helped me develop practical skills in lesson planning, classroom management, communication and learner support. In my lessons, I will first understand the learner’s level, goals and areas of difficulty before preparing lessons that match their needs. I will explain concepts in a simple and clear way, using examples, questions, discussions, reading activities, writing exercises and practice tasks. I believe learners understand better when they actively participate, so I will encourage them to ask questions and express their ideas freely. I can help students improve their grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing and Literature skills while building their confidence in using English.
