I have recently finished my role as Director, Cap Gemini and still maintain strong mentoring relationships with a number of individuals from previous workplaces. I have always focused on creating meaningful, pragmatic and realistic development plans and providing ongoing support. I have mentored and coached various members of the teams that I have managed, but have also supported Graduates and new joiners on a consistent basis - ensuring they understand study plans, when to build-in development conversations and when to stretch their personal assignments.
