I will teach life coaching and leadership skills through a practical, interactive, and student-centred approach that empowers individuals to discover their potential, develop self-confidence, and become effective leaders in their personal, academic, and professional lives. My teaching will begin with **self-awareness and personal development**. I will guide learners to identify their strengths, values, interests, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Through self-reflection exercises, assessments, and guided discussions, they will gain a better understanding of themselves, recognize their potential, and develop a positive mindset toward personal growth. Next, I will teach **goal setting and personal accountability**. I will help learners establish clear, realistic, and measurable goals using practical goal-setting techniques. They will learn how to break large objectives into manageable steps, prioritize tasks, manage their time effectively, overcome procrastination, and monitor their progress. Regular check-ins will encourage consistency and accountability. To develop life coaching skills, I will teach learners the importance of active listening, asking meaningful questions, empathy, effective communication, and constructive feedback. Through role-playing, case studies, and group discussions, they will practise listening without judgment, understanding different perspectives, identifying challenges, and helping others explore solutions. They will also learn how to encourage people to make informed decisions and take responsibility for their actions. For leadership development, I will focus on communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and integrity. Learners will participate in group projects, leadership simulations, and practical activities that allow them to practise leading teams, delegating responsibilities, resolving disagreements, and motivating others toward shared goals. I will emphasize that effective leadership involves serving others, leading by example, accepting responsibility, and treating people with respect.
