I am a learning disability nurse with over 25 years experience.

I worked as a senior lecturer and then associate professor in a university, teaching nursing students. I have a passion for life sciences and taught this for many years, along with all other elements of the nursing curriculum. I am also a neurodiversity specialist and can teach in this area, as well as support autistic students and those with ADHD. I have an autistic son and a husband with ADHD so I really do understand those issues, personally and professionally
