Throughout my career, including senior international HR roles, I have supported individuals navigating stress, change, performance pressure, and confidence challenges. My coaching style is empathetic, practical, and person-centred. I focus on creating a safe, encouraging space where students feel heard, respected, and supported. Alongside my professional background, I bring a parent’s perspective, which strengthens my empathy, awareness of developmental stages, and commitment to providing safe, age-appropriate guidance.
