Throughout my career, including senior international HR roles, I have supported individuals navigating stress, change, performance pressure, and confidence challenges. I have worked with people from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds, helping them develop clarity, resilience, effective habits, and self-belief — skills that are equally vital for students managing academic demands and personal development.
I am motivated by helping people grow not only academically or professionally, but personally, and I am excited about bringing this empathetic and structured approach to students in a supportive online environment.
How I Support Students
My coaching style is empathetic, practical, and person-centred. I focus on creating a safe, encouraging space where students feel heard, respected, and supported. Alongside my professional background, I bring a parent’s perspective, which strengthens my empathy, awareness of developmental stages, and commitment to providing safe, age-appropriate guidance.
I support students to:
• Set clear, realistic personal and academic goals
• Develop effective study habits, organisation, and time-management skills
• Build confidence, motivation, and resilience
• Manage academic stress, pressure, and self-doubt
• Strengthen focus, emotional awareness, and self-belief
I combine active listening with evidence-based techniques from neuroscience and behaviour change to help students develop skills they can use beyond the classroom.

• Over 10 years’ experience supporting individuals through change, pressure, and personal development in international environments
• One-to-one online coaching focused on goal setting, motivation, habit formation, and wellbeing
• Excellent listening, communication, and rapport-building skills
• Strong understanding of boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical support
• Certified in Neuroscience Coaching and Nutrition & Health Coaching
• Experience working with diverse age groups, cultures, and personal circumstances
I am comfortable working remotely, managing my own schedule, and adapting my approach to meet each student’s individual needs.
