I help students set clear goals, develop strong habits and life skills, manage stress, and prepare for future career choices and opportunities. I create a safe space where each person feels encouraged and understood and I guide them with practical tools to achieve their objectives. I also speak Portuguese for students who feel more comfortable in their native language.
