Andrea Pavin Scott

Hello! I’m Andrea, an ICF-accredited coach passionate about helping young people build confidence, stay motivated and achieve their goals in ways that truly work for them.

I know how challenging it can be to balance studies, personal life and early career decisions while trying to understand who you are and where you’re heading. I experienced these struggles myself, especially as a young adult managing ADHD and mental health challenges. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in understanding how different personalities learn and thrive, developed effective strategies and built a long and successful international corporate career along the way.

These experiences, including moving countries to pursue new opportunities, allow me to support students not only with organisation, focus and mindset, but also with early career choices, preparation and confidence-building. I also speak Portuguese for those who may feel more at ease in their native language.

My sessions are result-driven, non-judgmental and fully personalised. I create a safe space where each person feels understood, accepted and motivated. Together, we explore what’s working and what isn’t, then build practical strategies that fit your personality, strengths and pace.

My approach blends empathy, clarity and encouragement, helping students grow self-belief, resilience and tools they can use for life.
