Advert description
I work as a thinking partner for people facing big questions about direction, study, career, and what to do next. Some of my clients are students and early-career professionals working through decisions like what to study, how to approach internships and first jobs, how to handle pressure and motivation, or how to figure out a path that actually fits them.
My approach creates a confidential, judgement-free space where you can think out loud, test ideas, and speak openly. I favour good questions over advice, helping you see things you haven't seen, challenge your own assumptions, and find your own clarity. Each conversation translates into concrete next steps and sustained forward movement.
Before becoming a coach, I spent around twenty years in senior People and Culture roles across humanitarian organisations (the UN, the Red Cross) and global tech companies (Meta, Samsara). I've hired, mentored, and supported people at every career stage, from first-job nerves to senior transitions, which means I can meet you with both empathy and real-world perspective.
