Adrien Duthuit

I'm a professionally trained coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global body for the profession. I work with students, early-career professionals, and mid-career and senior leaders navigating moments of transition, when they're seeking clarity on direction, alignment with what matters to them, or a renewed sense of purpose.

For students, this often means thinking through questions like: what to study and why, how to approach internships or first roles, how to handle exam pressure or motivation dips, and how to make decisions about the path ahead without losing sight of what actually matters to you. For working professionals, the focus tends to be on career change, leadership challenges, or finding alignment between work and life.

Sessions are held virtually, in English or French, and last 60 minutes. My approach draws on the ICF framework, complemented by NLP Practitioner training. Sessions are conversational rather than directive, the agenda comes from you, and the work focuses on what's most useful to think about now. I bring full presence, careful listening, and questions that help you access your own thinking, rather than advice or prescriptions.

Before coaching, I spent around twenty years in senior People and Culture roles across humanitarian organisations (ICRC, IFRC, OCHA) and global technology companies (Meta, Samsara). That mix of sectors shapes how I work: I've supported people through career decisions, leadership challenges, and transitions in very different environments, and I bring that perspective into every conversation.
