Advert description
My approach starts with listening. I know firsthand how overwhelming student life, work and the pressures of everyday life can feel and how valuable it is to have someone who genuinely listens rather than simply telling you what to do. Through my MSc in Health Psychology, counselling psychology internship and work with students, young people and adults, I have developed strong active listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
In our sessions, I will first understand what you are experiencing, what you would like to change and what feels realistic for you. We can then work together on managing stress and burnout, building confidence, finding motivation, improving organization and daily habits, setting achievable goals, navigating difficult emotions or simply finding a better balance in everyday life. I draw on psychology-informed and behaviour-change approaches to make these challenges feel more manageable, while adapting each session to your individual needs and circumstances.
I believe coaching should be practical, collaborative and judgement-free. Rather than giving you a fixed list of things you should be doing, I will help you identify what works for you, break bigger challenges into manageable steps and develop strategies that you can continue using independently. Whether you are a student navigating academic pressures, a professional feeling overwhelmed by work or simply going through a period where you feel stuck, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, understood and a little more confident about moving forward.
