First sessions should also be more of a consultation to establish needs and learning styles. Thereafter, lessons are shaped accordingly with either the use of interactive boards or practical applications. Study guides are used as a resource but not in isolation. Themes are centered around a learner's interests, and feedback from practice is required to further learning.
