I give private or small-circled classes for children

I like to give personal feedback and make sure that the student is actually learning and feeling comfortable with the language. Although I do not have professional teaching experience, I volunteered with children during secondary school, where I learned the importance of patience, creativity and adapting my explanations to each student. If I were teaching Spanish to English-speaking students, I would first understand their level, goals and difficulties. I believe every student learns differently, so I would adapt my lessons to their needs. For beginners, I would use conversations, games, videos and everyday situations to make learning practical and enjoyable. For example, we could practise ordering food at a restaurant instead of only memorising vocabulary. I would encourage students to speak Spanish from the beginning and create a friendly environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes. For more advanced students, I would focus on conversation, pronunciation and natural Spanish. We could discuss topics they enjoy, watch videos or movies in Spanish, and talk about real-life situations. I would also include aspects of Spanish-speaking cultures to make the lessons more interesting. I would give personal feedback and keep track of each student's progress, explaining mistakes clearly and giving them opportunities to practise. I am at the beginning of my teaching journey, but I am patient, organised and a fast learner. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy communicating with people and would love to help students become more confident in Spanish.
