I am a friendly, patient and enthusiastic Psychology postgraduate student at the University of York.

My academic training has provided me with a strong understanding of core areas of psychology, including cognitive, developmental, social, biological, clinical, and research methods. Through my postgraduate studies, I have developed advanced skills in critical thinking, academic writing, literature reviews, data analysis, and interpreting psychological research. I adapt my teaching style to each student's learning needs and pace. I begin by identifying areas of difficulty, explain concepts using simple real-life examples, encourage questions throughout the lesson, and regularly check understanding through discussions and practice questions. I also provide guidance on essay structure, exam techniques, and revision strategies to help students become independent and confident learners. My aim is to create a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and are motivated to achieve their academic goals.
