She is very knowledgeable and supportive, and consistently well-prepared for sessions. She is very good at dissecting what a role entails and explaining how to present yourself as a strong candidate within an application. She has helped me present my experience in a clear and relevant way, including experience I initially felt was limited or less relevant. This has also helped build my confidence in my suitability for roles, which I have been able to carry forward into interviews. Her guidance has contributed to several successful applications.
