I am an extremely enthusiastic and dedicated person. I thrive on supporting others to succeed and overcome any barriers they face!

I have 30 years in the education industry and I proud that I was the headteacher of a wonderful primary school for the last 7 years. I have also focused much of that time supporting pupils with special educational needs, those from disadvantaged backgrounds and those who have experienced trauma. I engage with students by ensuring a person-centred approach, fostering a trusting relationship. I encourage students to develop their own skills and knowledge through self-awareness and personal development. I support students to set their own goals and expectations and empower them with constructive feedback and guidance on how to progress. They move forward with a positive attitude and ultimately thrive on the confidence and success they achieve.
