Experienced online maths tutor for GCSE and A-Level Maths students. Offering online lessons from Southampton University

Skills & Experience: I'm currently studying for an MSc in Physics at Southampton University, building on a strong foundation in Maths, Physics, and Art at A-Level. Last year I successfully coached a small group of students remotely, helping them build confidence and improve their results ahead of exams. Beyond academics, I'm also a fully qualified Sailing Instructor, having spent many weeks teaching young people of all levels - experience that's sharpened my patience, clear communication, and ability to keep learners motivated and engaged, whatever the subject. How I Teach: Every session is built around real progress, not just covering content. I use an interactive whiteboard app to work through problems together in real time, draw on past papers and exam-style questions to build genuine exam technique, and create personalised cheat sheets to help concepts stick. Homework is set after every session, then marked and reviewed at the start of the next, so nothing gets missed and students always know exactly where they stand. Most importantly, I take the time to really listen and build a strong rapport with each student, because understanding how someone learns best is what makes the coaching actually work.
