As an experienced Maths Educator with over 9 years of teaching and academic leadership experience, I understand that every child learns differently—and my role is to find the approach that works best for them. My lessons are carefully structured to build learning progressively. I begin by connecting new ideas to existing knowledge, introduce concepts through clear explanations and interactive activities, and reinforce understanding with purposeful practice and real-life applications. I use a scaffolded teaching approach, providing guidance and support initially before gradually encouraging students to solve problems independently. This helps build confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts rather than relying on rote learning.
