Experienced facilitator creating practical, energising learning experiences that move leaders and teams to action.

I’m an experienced facilitator, L&D leader, coach and university lecturer with extensive experience developing leaders and teams across diverse, international organisations. My style is practical, relatable and energising. I combine relevant theory with real-world examples, discussion, reflection and hands-on practice, creating an inclusive environment where people feel comfortable contributing, experimenting and learning. I draw on experience across industries and cultures to make learning relevant to real workplace challenges. My goal is simple: turn learning into insight, confidence and action.
