I am an English Language and Literature graduate with five years of experience in private tutoring and online language teaching. I teach English, Spanish, and Greek as a foreign language to children, teenagers, and adults, from beginner to advanced levels. My teaching approach is personalised, supportive and student-centred. I adapt each lesson to the learner’s level, goals, learning style and pace, combining clear explanations with practical exercises, conversation and engaging activities. I aim to create a comfortable environment where students can participate confidently, make progress and enjoy learning. In English, I teach general English, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing, as well as school support and exam preparation. I have experience preparing students for Cambridge and Michigan examinations and helping learners develop effective exam strategies. As a Spanish teacher, I hold a C1 State Certificate and help learners develop their communication skills, grammar, and vocabulary, including preparation for DELE examinations. I also teach Greek as a foreign or second language. I have completed specialised training in teaching Greek as a second/foreign language and focus on practical communication, pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary for non-native speakers. In addition, I have completed a 400-hour School Psychology seminar, which has strengthened my understanding of students’ individual learning needs and the importance of patience, motivation and encouragement in the learning process.
