Diane takes the time to explain concepts and ideas clearly, encourages questions, and will adapt her teaching to ensure different ways of learning are accommodated. She is warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and encouraging.

Mrs Price was formerly a colleague of mine at the School of Law, University of Birmingham. She has an outstanding academic record, with a First in the LLB at University College, London, a First in the LLM at Cambridge and (I think) a Distinction in the Law Society Final. At UoB she taught principally Intellectual Property Law, which was a popular final-year option. She was a very successful lecturer and supervisor. She left the university to return to practice as a solicitor and became the Director of Human Resources of Martineau Johnson, a leading Birmingham firm of commercial solicitors, where she was responsible for continuing professional education.
