I would describe myself as an empathetic, supportive, and structured coach who combines lived experience with evidence based tools to help individuals create lasting change. My approach is warm and non judgemental, while also focused on building accountability, confidence, and practical life skills. I use CBT modalities alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support mindset shifts and sustainable behaviour change.
My lessons are aimed at students and young people who may be struggling with motivation, stress, confidence, or organisation, and who want support in developing a healthier mindset and more balanced approach to their studies and daily life.
