My sessions are practical and tailored to each individual. I focus on helping learners understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours connect, so they can develop simple strategies to improve focus, manage stress, and build confidence in everyday situations and learning.
I have experience working with young people and adults across NHS, school, and community settings, and I understand the importance of creating a safe and confidential environment. Building trust is always my priority, as this is where real progress begins.
Sessions are relaxed but structured, combining conversation with practical tools that can be used straight away. Whether someone is struggling with studying, confidence, emotional wellbeing, or feeling stuck, I support them to move forward at their own pace.
My aim is to help people feel more in control, more confident, and better equipped to handle challenges both in learning and in life.
