Welcome to My Psychology Lessons!

Format: My lessons are designed to be interactive and engaging. Each session typically lasts for 60 minutes and includes a mix of lectures, discussions, and practical activities. We will use multimedia resources such as videos, case studies, and real-life examples to illustrate key concepts.

Content: We will cover a wide range of topics within psychology, including but not limited to:
Introduction to Psychology: Understanding the basics and history of psychology.
Developmental Psychology: Exploring how people grow and change from infancy through old age.
Cognitive Psychology: Examining how we perceive, think, and solve problems.
Social Psychology: Understanding how individuals interact and influence each other.
Clinical Psychology: Discussing mental health issues and therapeutic approaches.
Dynamics: My lessons are highly interactive. I encourage students to ask questions, participate in discussions, and share their thoughts and experiences. We will often work in small groups to analyse case studies and conduct experiments, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Experience: I have a background in psychology with multiple years of experience as a student, graduate and a researcher. My approach is student-centred, focusing on making complex concepts accessible and relatable. I aim to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
