Direct, warm and practical coach with a strong international background

I am an ICF ACC-certified coach with 17+ years of global business leadership across Europe, Asia and the US. I coach young adults, emerging leaders, leaders and senior leaders on confidence, stress, emotional intelligence, communication and decision-making. I also volunteer as a coach and mentor for WIA, Women International Association. Through my business (Across Partners), I help organisations grow internationally, mainly between Europe and APAC, with selected US missions, using cross-cultural knowledge, emotional intelligence and coaching as business levers.
