I am serving in a prestigious institution of federal government.l have 17 years of teaching experience.l try to connect,wha student knows with what he does not know.I always keep simple according to the need of a student and tries to connect the lessons with real life situations.l plan my lesson and always come up with new strategies and methods. I encourage students to ask questions and they are free to discuss about their lesson and problem.My student learning outcomes are always welldefined and well assessed.I encourage students to participate actively in lesson.
