I have an extensive background in education and am currently a masters student myself working towards becoming a liscensed mental health counselor (LMHC). I enjoy helping you understand psychological concepts and also think critically about how theory, research, and real-world application intersect. My teaching style is collaborative with an emphasis on creating a relaxed, respectful learning environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and challenging ideas. My lessons are aimed primarily at undergraduate and graduate-level psychology students, as well as adult learners returning to study or preparing for careers in related professions. I am especially well-suited to students who want help with academic writing, study skills, ethics, and integrating theory with practice. I also work well with students who may feel anxious or overwhelmed and benefit from structured guidance, encouragement, and clear explanations.
