Chinese painting and calligraphy teacher for beginners and advanced students, age 12+ and adults

I teach Chinese ink painting and calligraphy in a way that works for everyone — even if you believe you have no talent. The process is clear and structured, so visible results appear from the very first lessons. I teach both in groups and individually, adapting each lesson to the student’s level and goals. My method combines precise brush technique with the deeper layers of Chinese visual culture, symbolism, and Daoist philosophy, and opens a deeper understanding of oneself. It is supported by my academic research as a PhD candidate and 17 years of teaching experience. My students regularly participate in exhibitions, which gives them real artistic experience and strong confidence in their abilities.
