I adapt my lessons tailored to the needs of the learners

My best moments are in the classroom when I am teaching. I naturally tune in to my learners’ needs and set high expectations that are both ambitious and appropriate for their level. My modelling and explanations are carefully structured to help students meet those expectations. To support a clear sequence of learning, I usually begin with listening and repetition so learners become familiar with the sounds and structures of the language. I then move to speaking activities, enabling them to reproduce orally what they have heard. This is followed by reading before writing, allowing learners to understand style, patterns, and language conventions. Through this structured approach, all four key language skills -listening, speaking, reading, and writing are effectively developed.
