As an academic Fitness Teacher, I give theory and practical lessons in the Fitness Academy. Its an offline full time job.

I will teach by creating an interactive and student-centered environment. My approach includes explaining concepts in simple, clear steps, using real-life examples, and encouraging active participation. I will adapt my methods to different learning styles, provide regular feedback, and ensure that students not only understand the subject but can also apply it confidently. I will teach student as one on one session as well as group session.
