Remote on a 1:1 (can do teams with correct planning and clarity of goals). I am a 'Pure Coach' and use the Triad of Life ™ system as a basis for the individual, looking at the balance in their work life, home life and mindset driving it. If the company requires a specific goal, e.g working at a leadership level not in the weeds and requires to relinquish control and not micromanage (a very recent example of a client), this will be built into the development. I will also use the system of C: A.S.E. ™ (Change: Accountable. Sustainable. Excellence) to move the individual on (see my website). I am most successful when there is clarity of communication of what the Goal is and timeline to achieve it if a deadline is required to be achieved. I am an expert in 'Cultures' - geographical, communication, hierarchical, corporate, blue / white collar etc, etc and help transformation take place in a sustainable manner.
