I use a student-centred and engaging approach to teaching, creating a supportive environment where learners feel confident to participate, ask questions and express themselves. I combine clear explanations, practical examples, interactive activities and appropriate technology to make learning enjoyable and effective. I also adapt my teaching methods to suit different learning abilities and regularly assess students, to help them achieve their academic goals.
