I've had many career choices at 58, working in the private public and voluntary sectors, gaining an MSC as a Mature Student/mum.

I'm outcome focused. I've taught monitoring and evaluation skills to the voluntary sector, the difference between qualitative and quantitative outcomes are key in life! My skill is in helping people identify what they want before they see if they can achieve it, and if they can't, whats a good alternative? Making the most of every opportunity - even failure is a lesson learnt. Seeing things from a different perspective can make the journey to achievement seem less negative. There's a mindset involved in positive self development. I've done this work myself. Its not taught at schools!
