My teaching approach is simple: make students understand the “why”, not just memorise the “how”. As a First-Class BSc Management student at the University of Warwick, with strong academic results throughout school, I combine subject knowledge with a patient and student-focused approach. Through my three-month experience volunteering as a Mathematics Tutor with Action Tutoring, I have learned to identify where students struggle and explain concepts in different ways until they click. My lessons are interactive, with plenty of worked examples, questions and real-life applications. I encourage students to ask questions without hesitation and create a comfortable environment where mistakes are treated as part of learning. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but to make them more confident, independent and genuinely interested in the subject.
