I'm an English literature graduate from UCL with experience teaching children ranging from 4-17.

I have a passion for English literature and language and I would love to pass on my experience with the subject. School can be tough, but I believe with kind and responsive attention to the child's needs, I can help them not only pass, but succeed in the subject (whether it is their favourite or not!). I would teach with clearly structured classes to make the most of the time, whilst allowing the student to stretch their ideas and approaches within given tasks. Since I am just out of university, I have a familiarity with what is asked of students in assessments to gain top marks. I will work attentively to the students' needs to both success and interest in the subject can be maximised.
