I'm an art teacher and I really love what I do. I teach children from early age and I have more experience in primary years

I intend to promote children’s imagination and creativity in parallel with contemporary art. I will aim to bring together art and imagination, introducing children from an early age to the distinct contemporary art movements in an autonomous and creative way, using patterns and shapes of artworks by contemporary artists. All the creative activities proposed will delve into different movements through the 20th and 21st century, and also being up-to-date with today’s exhibitions/artists/museums and galleries. Through exploration and handling different types of materials, children become motivated to use their imagination and develop a taste for art while also nurturing soft skills and aesthetics from a young age. In between the different artistic themes, there will be space for fun and joy. It is very fulfilling to see children completing the workshops feeling empowered and more confident about expressing themselves!
