Hi there , I teach yinyoga,kids yoga and aerial(flyyoga).I also teach different treatments for your mind (mindfullness,mbsr training,mbct,reiki,soundhealing,quantum touch,the work) Yin Yoga is my area of expertise, and I also offer training in children’s yoga. I curate each session specifically around an individual’s unique needs because I truly believe that what each person requires is as distinct and personal as a fingerprint. Mental health is a subject very close to my heart, as I am personally navigating my own journey with major depression. And i wanna share all my experience of me with my all heart.
