I am a laid-back and inquisitive life coach with experience in management consulting and education. I know what it’s like to become disillusioned with a career and to feel stuck and overwhelmed, with lots of ideas but little clarity on the way forward. I began coaching to help people in a similar position.

I create a calm and open coaching space to help you understand yourself better, identify your priorities, grow your confidence, and build a life that feels authentic to you.

I love travelling and hiking, and I believe that spending time outdoors can allow our minds to wander freely as well as helping to crystallise our thoughts. If geography allows (I am based in York), I would be open to taking our coaching sessions outside.

- Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching, Animas
- First Class Master of Mathematics Degree, Durham University
- 120-hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualification
